Approach

Built an inbound + outbound SMS agent on Twilio, fronted by GPT-4o with tool calls into the lead-scoring model, HubSpot deal records, and a Calendly integration. Per-conversation memory, PII redaction at ingress, and a clean escalation path to an SDR the moment intent crossed a threshold.
