Is Aiinfox HMS HIPAA and GDPR compliant?
Aiinfox HMS is HIPAA-aligned with audit logs on every record access, BAA available, and GDPR-aligned for EU deployments. Data residency is configurable per region — we will not silently route patient data across borders.
Can the AI hospital management system run on-prem?
Yes. SaaS, single-tenant cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), or on-prem on customer hardware. On-prem deployments include the AI copilot running on self-hosted Llama 3, so no patient data ever leaves the hospital network.
Can we migrate from our existing HMS or EMR?
Yes — migration is part of every implementation, not a separate project. We support HL7, FHIR, CSV exports, and direct database extracts from major legacy HMS and EMR systems. Parallel run during cutover is standard.
Does the AI clinical assistant make clinical decisions?
