1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing aiinfox.com or engaging Aiinfox for services, you agree to these terms in full. If you don't agree with any part, please don't use the site or our services.
2. Services
Aiinfox provides AI/ML, generative AI, data science, web, mobile, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
Unless an SOW says otherwise, intellectual property created during an engagement transfers to the client upon final payment.
3. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and not use the website or services to (a) infringe any third-party rights, (b) transmit malicious code, or (c) attempt to disrupt or compromise the website's operation.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement confidential. For specific projects, we sign mutual NDAs and — for healthcare engagements — BAAs before any sensitive data is exchanged.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiinfox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid by the client to Aiinfox in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India for clients headquartered outside the United States, and by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA for clients headquartered in the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in those territories.
7. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
